We advise to keep a close eye on any jewellery holding diamonds, gemstones, precious or non precious. It’s key to keep an eye on those claws that are holding those gemstones in place. Over time these claws will wear and we are on hand to offer a re tipping service to ensure your gemstones are safe and secure within their setting.
If the unfortunate has happened and you have lost a gemstone we will provide you a free quote to supply and set a new gemstone for you, having your jewellery back to as good as new in no time.
Over time White gold jewellery looses its whiteness and can become yellow, time periods will differ for all individuals, we offer a rhodium plating service to have your white gold jewellery items back to their original bright white in no time.

Build up Of Rings
This is a beautiful example of a ring that was in need of building up so it could be worn the way it should be. We managed to keep all the original features of the ring and overlay them onto a new wider, heavier and much more substantial ring. Strengthening this ring so it can be enjoyed and worn the way it should be.
Hand Engraving
We offer an engraving service for all items of jewellery, whether it be initials, a date, a message of love or diamond cut pattern, we can personalise your jewellery how you want.

Rhodium Plating
Is your White Gold wearing and becoming more yellow then white? If so then it sounds like your jewelery needs Rhodium Plating. White Gold wears over time and you are left with a yellow finish on your jewellery, to restore its bright white colour again, items of white gold jewellery need to be rhodium plated. We can supply this service to you.

So! 2yrs ago after a mishap at work causing the band to snap on my diamond engagement ring, and Samuals in Braintree sending it to their jeweller telling me it would cost £2k to fix as the diamond was also broken in two... Amazing service from start to finish. I needed 2 diamonds replacing in my late nan-in-law’s eternity ring and can honestly say I am amazed at how wonderful the ring has turned out!!!!! It’s been cleaned and all the settings checked and tightened and the two new diamonds look fantastic, I cannot tell which are the originals!
